Matthew Moore, President and Founder

Matthew Moore is a fourth-generation farmer, working artist, and food activist whose land and lifestyle are threatened by suburban sprawl. Moore’s video and installation art addresses issues of ecological, cultural, and economical sustainability.

Moore lectures on art and agricultural issues at conferences and universities across North America. His artwork has been exhibited in the United States at the Phoenix Art Museum, the 2010 Sundance Film Festival, the Walker Art Center, MassMoCA, and in Canada at the Confederation Centre and Nuit Blanche. He has been featured in publications including Metropolis Magazine, Dwell, and Architecture magazine, as well as Mark magazine and Dazed and Confused Magazine of Europe.

Cyndi Coon, Education Advisor

Cyndi is the President of Laboratory5 Inc and Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University School of Art, Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts. Laboratory5 provides  Her creative practice is focused on generating fresh ways of looking at a project to create an honest moment as the experience. Cyndi has worked in the field of Education for over fifteen years. She is a practicing educator, a teaching artist and has worked in museum education. She designs and presents professional development trainings and workshops in arts-based learning. She is a specialist in arts integration, focusing on participant centered processes.

Above all Cyndi identifies herself as an artist, writer, maker, crafter, baker, gardener, cook, blogger, researcher, teacher, storyteller, thinker, doer and community builder.
